Through an agreement with Pearson Accelerated Pathways, Aerotek is able to provide clients seamless access to Pearson Accelerated Pathways’s professional development, skills training and assessment solutions offered across skill sets including welding, plumbing, HVAC and more. Pearson Accelerated Pathways offers a wide range of online self-paced and instructor-led courses, many of which lead toward nationally recognized certifications.

IPC

IPC Electronics Workforce Training provides essential and value-added coursework curated exclusively to address the most difficult-to-fill positions in the electronics industry. Created by industry experts and educational specialists, these IPC courses provide the real-world knowledge and skills that frontline employees need to accomplish their tasks the right way every time.

SkillsUSA

Aerotek and SkillsUSA have partnered to make real and sustainable changes in the cities that we serve. Aerotek is supporting SkillsUSA Works, a national program for students in underserved schools and communities that provides career-readiness training and onramps to skilled trades employment. Aerotek is also working with SkillsUSA to provide Aerotek contractors financial aid to pursue upskilling opportunities at accredited trade schools.

Amazon Career Choice

Amazon Career Choice is an innovative education program uniquely designed to upskill their hourly Amazon employees who are interested in pursuing their career aspirations. The program funds fields of study aligned to in-demand jobs in high-demand industries including mechanical and skilled trades and transportation.
