I have worked with Scott, my account manager, and his staff through three different companies over a 10+ year period. I have also worked with several other agencies in staffing. I keep coming back to Aerotek because of Scott and his staff and the level of overall service they provide. I just don't get that with the other agencies. From coming out with his recruiters to meet with me to ensure they know my business, environment and culture, to checking in on a regular basis and stopping by to check in on the team, he and his staff are the epitome of what a recruiting manager and agency should be. I also don't have to waste my time as I have done so many times in the past with other agencies. Scott and his team are very targeted in the candidates they send me. Other agencies look to throw as many resumes at an opening as possible, whether there is a relevant match or not.
