Aerotek Recognized as a 2025 Military Spouse Friendly® Employer for Second Consecutive Year

Hanover, Md. (January 29, 2025) – Aerotek, a leading provider of workplace solutions for manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities and maintenance, announced that it has been awarded the 2025 Military Spouse Friendly® Employer designation for the second year in a row. This recognition follows Aerotek’s 2025 Military Friendly® Employer designation, underscoring the company’s dedication to supporting military families. 

The Military Spouse Friendly® Employer designation is awarded based on a comprehensive evaluation of public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Over 1,200 companies participated in the Military Spouse Friendly® survey.

Further strengthening its commitment to veterans and military spouses, Aerotek joined the Defense Department’s Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program, the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP). As part of this partnership, Aerotek becomes one of more than 200 new organizations joining MSEP, adding to the network of more than 850 employers dedicated to recruiting, hiring, promoting and retaining military spouses in meaningful careers.
