Aerotek's Robert Barsamian Named to SIA's 2020 40 Under 40 List

Aerotek is proud to announce that Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has named Robert Barsamian, delivery solutions executive at Aerotek, to its 2020 40 Under 40 list. Every year, SIA celebrates 40 people as up-and-coming leaders within the staffing industry. The list recognizes innovative professionals who are pushing the industry forward.

Barsamian started with Aerotek 13 years ago, initially drawn to the company’s competitive spirit and culture of serving others. Shortly after he joined Aerotek, he found personal fulfillment in helping the community in his role as a recruiter. “After joining Aerotek, I realized the personal impact that you can have on people around the world by helping them find a job or career that aligns with their skills and goals,” Barsamian notes. “To many, it isn’t just a job — it is impacting their life.”

In his role as a delivery solutions executive, Barsamian is passionate about uncovering new ways to evolve Aerotek’s operations to efficiently source top talent for clients with high-volume recruitment needs. Within two years, he consulted on and opened three new delivery centers in Phoenix, Southern California and Pittsburgh designed to support customers in each respective region.
