Sara Staggs

Sara Staggs is the Regional Vice President of Aerotek’s Canada and Northwest regions. In this role, Sara oversees the sales, operations and strategic initiatives to drive performance and growth. The Northwest and Canada regions include Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota and Washington, in addition to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Quebec.

Sara began her career with Aerotek as a recruiter in the Seattle, Washington office. Over the years, she held various leadership roles including account manager, business development manager, director of business operations, director of divisional operations and executive director of regional operations.

Most recently, Sara served as Vice President of Strategic Operations, where she was responsible for overseeing Aerotek’s strategic delivery solutions team. In this role, Sara worked closely with executive leadership and led a team in relentless pursuit of improved operational capabilities, commitment to innovation, proactive awareness of emerging technologies and execution of strategic delivery solutions.

Sara is a graduate of Washington State University and holds a bachelor’s in business administration and management.
